About MOWNC

Meals On Wheels North Carolina (MOWNC) is a non-profit statewide network of senior nutrition providers allied in passion to end senior hunger, in  partnership with  Meals On Wheels America. (MOWA)   

MOWNC was created to strengthen communication between nutrition programs and enhance knowledge of issues within the aging population. 


MOWNC is a member based association.  Membership creates opportunities for grants to enhance the work of nutrition providers across NC.; provides networking opportunities and sharing of best practices of other providers; offers access to education and training opportunities and provides advocacy and a leadership organization for Meals on Wheels and other non-profit nutrition providers in the state of North Carolina.
